As Luella indicated, a protocol that includes oleander and the other elements she mentioned may offer hope.  If you look in the Pancreatic Cancer forum you will see one testimonial from an 80+ year old man whose life and quality of life has been extended who used oleander and other suggested items.  Also, the last two pancreatic cancer patients I am aware of who used the patented medicine version (Anvirzel) or oleander had very good success.  One, who combined oleander with chemo, was cancer free after six months and the other, who only used oleander, had the cancer stabilized with no new growth at six months.
