That's great. At least you flushed out stones. I'm not sure how many came out of me. After 8 BMs today, A LOT of bits came out, most of it in the form of flake and grain size. Some were visible pebbles/stones about 1/4-1/2 inch in size. I hope I don't have to go again today. My bum is getting really sore lol. And the last two BMs felt like I had eaten a dozen habanero peppers last night instead of olive oil.

Overall, I'm feeling pretty good. Time for thick, juicy STEAK...I mean another bowl of veggie soup...
