Oh wow. I'm sorry you got sick. I wonder why. Did that happen last time?

I think I had a "text book" Liver Flush - 7 BMs total this morning revealing hundreds (millions?) of green grains, chunks, flakes, and green sludge. I didn't take the 4th serving of epsom salt. I think the 3 was enough!

I only had a slight liver cramp/pain once today. My neck feels a bit better too - I've been having really bad neck pain for the past week or so. Went to my chiropractor and he said it was C7/T1 area which is related to the gallbladder. Interesting.
