I had painful bleeding hemorrhoids in the past. What cured them was Colloidal Silver . I put some on a cotton ball, held the cotton ball there for about ten minutes, and went on my merry way. The pain/bleeding starts to subside within hours, usually two, but there were occasions that I had to apply more than one time, and the hemorrhoid was not cured until 24 hours--but 24 hours is still a miracle.

Try it. The cheap 5-10 ppm is just as good as the 500ppm.
