Tylenol is very bad for the liver, actually all pain killers are.
Allergies and Depression are conneceted with a congested liver liver.
Have a look at Mrs Chang website and learn more about it. Many of the symptoms you describe are on her article.
You seem to be a food candidate for a liver flush.

Don´t worry too much just try flushing and see how you feel afterwards. You´ll probabbly be looking forward to a second flush once you start .
