ive been no shampoo for about 5 years

shampoos will remove the natural oils from the hair and the scalp will then overcompensate by producing extra oil.not shampooing for a few days thus will leave you hair oilier as the scalp is still producing extra oil.

it will take around 3-4 weeks before your hair readjusts but then you will realise you only really need water.

if you want to make your hair really good try using a raw egg!
