For as long as I can remember I've had problems with hard stools. My system for the last 2-3 years was 2 tablespoons of Psyllium with juice in the morning and drink 28 ozs of water. Take a mile walk and go to work. at night I would take 400mg of Magnesium Citrite with a glass of warm Prune Juice. This worked most of the time.Not formed but lots of bulk. A week ago for 4 days nothing but pretty clear water. I did a cofee enema and a clear enema and nothing but bits and pieces. I'm going to try a Epson Salt enema tomorrow night. Other than that I'm out of ideas. With no insurance going to a Doctor is not a good option yet. Anyone been where I'm at with any ideas? ?
