what you're describing is classic signs of clenching/grinding (you may not even be aware you're doing it during these activities-it can be an unconscious reaction) try to find a TMJ/facial pain specialist to check your bite and tops of your teeth and maybe make you an appliance/bite guard to wear when you do your activities (like football players wear) There's toothpaste to make sensitive teeth less sensitive too.
