IP6 is hit or miss. If it is mixed with anything at all it won't work. It has to be taken on an empty stomach. Period. If you don't it won't do a thing. Believe me, I tried it.

I found Lactoferrin at vitacost.com made by Jarrow. I take two caps two times per day. After about 6 months my Iron Level went from 208 to 47.

Doesn't even matter if you take them with meal or on empty stomach. Lactoferrin works like a charm.
