thats a good suggestion.

is it living material like a mold or fungus or something?

did it give off any odors or did it seem fairly inert?

was it in a stable form or did it appear to be in transition, say from a solid to a liquid or vice versa?

if it seemed pretty harmless i probably wouldnt have called anyone and disposed of it properly as some kind of plastic waste.

i wonder why we dont have a pic?
