I started flushing to help with my acne. I had a HORRIBLE breakout after my first flush. I had never seem my skin that bad. ( I even did a colonic afterwards) I have done 4 flushes since and I can say ( for me) it was only an one time thing. The rest of the flushes produced no breakouts.

If you have Acne I would suggest a zapper. MH suggest it for my Acne and it's been like magic! My pores have shrunk, discoloration is fading rapidly, and no new breakouts!!!!! It's only been a week, but me not getting any new breakouts in a week is unheard of. Seriously, I haven't seen my skin look this good in 10 years. (yes 10 years).

I don't know if it's the flushes, zapper, or combination of both, but it's working.
