It sounds like your body is eliminating waste through your skin pores - a frustrating situation I am sure. There are many ways that the body disposes of waste materials - through the bowels, kidneys, lungs, and skin. When the liver is healthy and able to produce and deliver enough bile for good digestion, then everything works better. The fact that you have Acne suggests that the regular channels for elimination are not working well. Liver Flushing is just one part of cleansing all of the channels. Many of the "experts" on internal cleansing say that the bowel should be clean before doing a liver flush, so that the waste materials flushed out of the liver make it all the way to the toilet. It is important not to have them get stuck in the bowel and reabsorbed. I suggest that you read a lot on the bowel cleansing forum, and start a bowel cleansing program, then repeat the Liver Flush as needed. It is good to also do kidney cleansing. I find the Celery Seed Tea to be effective and pleasant tasting, and it is used for kidney cleansing.
