Shucks, I know, but she's so freaked out and she was taking less than the normal dose. I can take a handful and only have slight brassy-mouth the next day, no other symptoms. I know she is unhealthy, but she doesn't understand all this stuff and is hesitant hearing about it. Now this will turn her off. She has a major issue with dehydration and I don't even know how to tackle that other than do a whole health regimen, but that is a much bigger thing to help someone understand and talk them into!

:-( I guess I should just accept things I can't change and accept that she's going to be an unhealthy lady. It's sad b/c she's my good friend, but I tried.
