You may find relief from swishing the colloidal silver in your mouth as well as massaging it into the gums around your aching teeth.  You will likely have even better results if you get some oil of oregano and rubbing it into your gums.  If it were me, I would use the Utopia Silver (it is by far the best of the bunch) and mix it with the oil of oregano.

I'm sure you have heard about using oil of cloves to relieve toothaches, but how about ginger root?  Buy some Ginger Root at your grocery store. Cut off a piece of it and remove the skin. Put the piece in your mouth right on the painful tooth & bite down on it. The pain should go away immediately. You may have to replace the Ginger in your mouth periodically with a fresh piece - but just keep the rest of the root you purchased in a container in your fridge.

Something to keep in mind for future reference - teeth were designed to remineralize themselves.  Provided that you get enough minerals in your diet, teeth can repair small cracks and cavatites - BUT you have to avoid refined sugar and virtually all commerial toothpastes which contain glycerin, since glycerin coats the enamel and prevents remineralization.   So much so that it can take a couple of dozen brushings without glycerin to remove all of it from your enamel.

And here's a final big consideration - DO NOT get any root canals!  They may well end up causing you more illness than you can imagine.  See:
