This plea for help is unfortunately primarily born out of 2 days without sleep and seemingly worsening condition.

Simply put, I'm no longer getting tired in the evening, nor do I feel tired during the day to catch up with naps. I'm permanantly switched on it seems. I've tried every practical thing I can think of.

- Diet is quick restrictive due to sensitivities. Focuses on above ground greens, meats and grains.
- I'm a low body weight so I don't feel confident about going low on carbs. When I did try this I feel even more shattered.
- I rotate foods every 3 days, and haven't felt anymore 'allergenic' to a particular food than others. It just seems persistent.
- I have REALLY bad brain fog
- I don't see how I can attempt to build up the adrenals feeling so toxic and unable to rest.
- My liver throbs and is clearly having a hard time processing toxins.
- As such I don't believe I am in a state to clear any candida.
- Despite the lack of sleep, my bowell movements are just about regular. However this has been at it's worst for a couple of weeks now, surely enough time to in SOME way return to a level of balance.
- My adrenals are weak, with low cortisol in the morning and high at night.
- Trying to lower cortisol has not helped. 8 seriphos and melatonin in the evening has done nothing.
- I don't have the reserves to try anything like flushes or fasts.
- I'm only taking vitamin C and therefore don't see any counteractions to what I'm putting in my body.
- I've tried pretty much every night time herb.
- The nights I am able to drift off I can sleep for only a couple of hours in a block, up to a maximum of around 4 a night. I wake up after 2 hours like clockwork.
- I'm 24 years old, male, and seemingly fighthing for my health. Boy do I put allot of effort in but the insomnia is robbing my courage.

This is a serious insomnia and I'm debating going back to my doctor to ask for some sleeping pills. I can't function on this little sleep and can't expect any 'daytime' treatment of supplements to help in such a weakened state.

Would welcome any thoughts
