Hello everyone
i just wanted to say that i have been on MSM everyday, non-stop for the past 6 months. I take 5,000mg everyday once a day. I havent noticed any side effects or anything, but I wanted to know if its okay to take this much and indefinitely? Am I suppose to be taking vitamin C with it and if so how much vitamin c would i need for 5,000mg of MSM? Last question, does MSM build up in the body if you take too much for too long?
