i already supplement with vit D but not 6000.
my superfood powder has 1000, my cod liver oil has 1200.
sometimes ill add a few drops of liquid vit D but i never go beyond 4000, ill have to look into that.

i already supplement with iodine, but probably not enough either. but i have noticed an improvement, i can now wear short sleaves in winter and not freeze all day long, so something is working.

what i find strange is that these infections are happening all of a sudden, i never had ear issues before and now it keeps coming back. very irritating.
