Well, fordyce spots secrete the oil that causes pimples on skin. Does that oil get bacteria in it to cause pimples? Maybe your fordyce spots are clogged so they do not secrete oil to make the area moist? If they are clogged, I wonder if they have bacteria in them, which causes peeling?
