Hi there!

No, I haven't tried acupuncture, but am also very curious if it helps! I recently got flex spending added to my insurance, and am going to have my doctor write me a prescription so that I can try it out without having to lay out a ton of money (this Mirena business had drained my bank account). Please let me know how it goes!

I am currently doing sessions at a Far Infrared Sauna , which is supposed to help detox the system. I'm not quite sure if it's helping me overall, but it's been wonderful and relaxing just to use the sauna, and it helps psychologically in any case to think I'm being proactive about this. I'm starting hot yoga (bikram) this week for the same reasons.

Keep us updated about the acupuncture and I will do the same!
