Question, I just took down my first p & b "shake" only it wasn't a "shake" so much as it was a bottle of chunky nasty crap. And I feel so sick to my stomach right now, uch. I definitely followed what every site said to do: mix 1 teaspoon of Bentonite/ 1 teaspoon of psylium husk (powdered) with a bottle of water and chug it down.

question is, is it supposed to be chunky and is it alright if it is? How does your shakes looks? Uch i feel so sick right now...
