i ordered some grains from her...they should arrive soon. Looking forward to making some. I'm curious as to how different it is from yogurt, and in what way (besides the bacteria) I love yogurt, and make a yogurt cheese with green onions and lemon zest.

I've been looking at Dom's site on the net--forget the name of it:recipes for kefir cheddar, etc. etc. Looks good.
