i have lately tried amino acid chelated few minirals one of which is zinc oxide.my eye's lids got red and swollen and there have been growing these small tiny dark or brown dots in the cornea, inflamation i think, sensitive to strong light. i stopped this supplement to increase the immunune system. i need to put down the infection not raise it. specified immunity or anti-...s. how can one take iodine? and is mms effective in killing the germs - bact/virus/fungus? this i would have to take with much anti-inflamation herbs. eyebright. i take also apple cider vineger and it helps a little, baking powder also has some effect in the eye in the morning more dry, not so teary eye. I will try alkalinize water etc, soon. but i need to try some thing and see the infection going away for all.
