I saw your picture and your SD, judging by the pic, is not that heavy. If you see mine it scares...

I also used Nizoral for an entire year

It worked for the really bad episodes, but when I found out that it was invading my blood system and getting accumulated in the liver I decided to give up...

I'm also trying to figure out why Baking Soda relieves SD among my other theories I believe it blocks the ability of yeasts to promote sebum and stops the reproduction cycle too... What really amazes me is that Sodium Bicarbonate stops dandruff in less than 48 hrs if traces of it are left on scalp. And hair becomes more soft with it.

I also razor every single day with Baking Soda only, and it's wonderful !!! The blades stay sharp much longer and the smooth sensation of shaving is very nice

One thing you can also do is to use stable L-ascorbic acid over your skin to energize it. There are some moisturizers with C vitamin inside but as they mix with strong chemicals I prefer to use pure L-ascorbic acid powder from Solgar diluted on water, but it's very unstable and, in a couple of hours turns to brown rust... Anyway it helps a lot smoothing SD. Face turns healthy again in a couple of days. I also drink it on a daily basis (just a couple 500mg..)in cup of water
