i have a healthy diet, i almost never eat junk/processed food, i exercise, etc, i dont understand why this keeps coming up.

does anyone have any ideas?

It's winter so your not getting enough D3. Take at least 6000 mg per day. Iodine supplementation also raises the immune system.
