A tablespoon on a 500ml water is a weak dosage but you can try to decrease even more.

Are you sure you have SD ? It's not systemic Lupus? Rosacea ?
Try to find a laboratory to culture pieces of your dead skin and look for these yeast: Malassezia furfur (formerly termed Pityrosporum ovale). Not all labs are prepared to culture Malassezia, must be specialized one

In my case they found out some strains of Malassezia and secondary infections parasites

Did you had in the past bad episodes of Tinea versicolor or pityriasis versicolor ?? If you had, probably the yeast provoked the onset of SD

If not, your SD is not caused by yeast factors but emotional problems and other malfunction organs and systems.

Sodium bicarbonate will only work on yeast based SD

Look at this guy here: (I was like him before using baking soda) I stick to a method until I found out it is working was not in 24h was long period, don't expect sudden miracle

Worst than him, I had it behind ears, in my chest, I lost hair, SD attacked my testicles with huge onset... My nose almost dropped...

Again, is yeast your problem ? Try to be sure of it first...
