My ZNP bar/extina regimen has been working relatively well. Much better than my 2 month experiment with honey cleaning and moisturizing with coconut oil. I've also tried Promiseb which was a little too greasy for me.

But to be honest, I can't really tell if it's giving me the results I want to see. I'm focusing on my diet and supplements much more than topical products. For now I just want my SD to be manageable. Then as I experiment with different diets, body cleanses and supplements, I'm hoping to see the results I'm looking for.
