Aren't they in Hawaii for the meeting?

Anyhow it has taken no more than 2 tries to get Dale on the phone so maybe that is the way to go.

Email response has taken a long time and a million things can go wrong with that.

No argument that a nice customer support line would be good but I can tell you that sending email to just about any hardware guys other than Atelier Robin seems to be a waste of time...
