Mag sulfate the compound I mentioned above has given me great results in relieving my mag deficiency symptoms from eye twitches to heart palpitations,leg cramps etc.!
I add a pinch to food or water throughout the day, small multiple doses will eliminate any elimination problems such as diarrhea. I also believe that magnesium should be maintained in a ratio of 2to1 Calcium /magnesium!
