Peppery could mean the hot I taste since Peppery is kind of hot right? I mean that would make sense since it tastes fruity and peppery! That stuff is the best I have tasted, no joke! I got die offs too from it! I got cleansing effects I have not felt before from Olive Oil.

I feel this one I posted was good and special from what I have had, period. Bariani or whatever is the best, but the one I got today was good (Both of them). Braggs can't compare to those there.
