I've only used the Jarrow brand, which I believe some have criticized for the quality of some of its products. Still, I have gone about this process pretty scientifically, and I think I can clearly attribute benefits to this product. They sell a 450mg softgel in a quantity of 60 for about 20 dollars. 2-3/day is what is working for me.
