i heared that drinking cocount water or the juce that come out of cocount change your eyes to blue ,my grand parents said .

My eyes dark brown but somet times i notice my eyes become light brown and i don't know why till i make a search about
alkaline diet which contains more cheece and milk

when i want to lose weight i make cheese diet
i only eat cheese and when i made search about cheese

i found it is not good to eat alot of cheese because
it increase acid or something like that

My father's eyes was gray then it turns to brown and
i alwayes asked why i don't have such nice gray eyes
instead of wearing contact lences.

today i know through my searches it because he drink the raw egg because the most people who drink raw egg have
colored eyes like the boxer haluk

i read that raw food like nuts change eyes color

i will try it
