Yes, our symptoms do sound similar especially the timing of 8pm. I do have the worst pain when I wake up in the morning though. I assume it is because I have not had any water in the night to flush the toxins out but I am not sure. The mercury theory is an interesting one as well. I wish I could figure this one out for sure.
