A little late getting back on this one, but in my opinion this fast was broken too soon as the body was apparently still in a cleansing mode. No fast should be broken until hunger sets in and you are feeling well. It is a mistake to break just because you have hit ten days, or whatever the number.

I am sure Robin's body will get back on track, though this sounds like an uncomfortable place to have begun the break.

Robin, I hope you get this and are feeling well, and your break has picked up.
