Thanks! Good to see you, too. I just finished up five days on OJ followed immediately by a liver flush. I have never done this before, and would not particularly recommend it, though both the fast and the flush were fine. Just not at all necessary to fast prior to flushing... I will be repeating the flush in another two weeks. Oboy!
