I don't think you are going to get far without eating a lot of protein foods like beef. I think it's the best thing that people are designed to digest. People were hunters and gatherers most of the time before recent times when they developed agriculture and started gathering vegetables, etc. Protein helps rebuild muscle. There is no evidence fats feed candida. If there is, let us know with a study.
Coconut oil if you read this website is supposed to be a strong antifungal.
I don't think your statement "candida loves toxins" makes any sense. It may produce toxins. Bacterial toxins probably hurt it as it is in competition with bacteria. You remind me of an website I recently came across about Candida that started out with what a horrible "bacteria" Candida was. I quit reading right there.
