no ultram is hell worse than heroin withdrawl, its 100s of times more addictive than narcotics believe me i went through it, all you can do is decide to stop or control it and taper it down and stay off for a few weeks or permanently, if you continue to take it stay in control.

Im currently withdrawling from vics cause of a disc problem
