hello, sorry for the delay, i don't come here often. I've never tried a "solar panel" before. I'm still having issues with SD flare-ups, tanning does for sure help though, even when other methods fail. It's not a 100% fix all cure, but it is a big improvement, i suggest signing up for a month on unlimited tanning somewhere, which will only cost about 20-30 dollars, then go for 10 minutes or so everyday or every other day and see if there is a difference.
