I appreciate it and it helps me.

I have not felt anything as of yet but it's only been 9 days today.
I am usually energy sensitive.

Stephen has been so patient and kind answering my emails which in turn I am sure I will be able to help others in the future with what I am learning from him..

This is exciting and I am looking forward to feeling the changes..
