I just loaded up on Candida-causing foods for 3 days before doing a stool test, so there would be lots of stuff for them to look at. I had wine, ice cream and Sugar cereal with milk. By the 2nd day my sinuses were totally clogged up. I couldn't breathe without blowing my nose, and had a bad post-nasal drip.

I started on Diflucan, and the sinus problems cleared up immediately.
