Hi guys,

Since this candida condition can have many symptoms, I would like to hear how different it affects us. Most of us are self diagnosed, and candida may not the biggest culprit of all the problems. In my case, I don't notice any worsening of the symptoms if I eat sugar. My symptoms are gastrointestinal and I discovered gluten is affecting me. Are your symptoms related to the gut, skin, brain or anything else???
How do you know your health problems are linked to candida??? I only want to know if we are on the right track or something else is going on...
