Hi!

The last cleanse I did was 4 months ago. It was very violent since I had a lot of dizziness and would vomit and frequent dihorria and lose my balance. I did not know why it was so violent? I am afraid to another cleanse since then! I am not sure if I took much Epsom Salts or just that I was still suffering from sinus infection as I do now. It is not a serious infection but I do get a lot of dizzy spells and that has been preventing me from jogging on the threadmill too. I am not sure how to come out of this mess. I am not able to come out of dizziness wich has some sinus infection and to have a better digestion I need to cleanse my liver. I need some advice here!
