Yep it makes a lot of sense. I'm not sure why I didn't improve on a strict candida diet with probiotics etc., I hope all of that works out for you though! A Rotation Diet is probably my best bet.

School is really getting to me, I think I'm going to take a full year off after this one to get this all in order. I feel like my college years are slipping away and I'm missing lots of great experiences! Spending all my time at home is getting frustrating...

I think the Water Fast will do me a lot of good as well, just sort of get things back to ground zero and start building from there.
