I use "Probiotic Acidphilus, 20 Billion Organisms (lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, and lactobacillus thermophilus), Natural Strawberry flavor by American Health.

I do not swallow it, but you can swallow it if you want. I swish it around my mouth with my tongue until my saliva starts to dilute it. Then I spit it out and apply a thin layer just over raw area on my lips.
