great idea about preparing the next dose. A little buzz is not ALWAYS a bad thing, but 5 times a day was starting to feel like too much alcohol. I'm really that sensitive. Esp. with that extra TB of ecchinacia I'm adding with this stupid sinus infection I've got now.
