Look into this - there is very valid truth to Abraham Maslow's theory; sometimes no matter what you do, if you're on the level where you could pursue this, it just would not happen. Read it, it's helpful in realizing that there's a true connecton of body-mind-spirit (i.e. if the bvasic body-needs are not satisfied first, no matter what you do, moving into a higher level would feel unnatural and uneasy)
