Have a naturopath take a second look at your thyroid numbers. At one time I was given thyroid medication and then taken off it when the doctors declared I was fine. I went to a naturopath who said my TSH was still a little high, and gave me glandulars with Iodine, which gave me optimum numbers within a few months. I still have the joint popping though. And bad circulation. If your thyroid is fine, I think it very well could just be toxicity and nutrient deficiency from the candida. My circulation and hair loss has improved quite a bit from colonics and supplements.
