I learn so much from other folk's experiences with all this.
I am not big on discomfort and the Liver-Flush is not easy for me, but you have inspired me to move on.

I have done 7 LFs on pretty much the every 2 week program, but have now not done one for over 5 weeks. I will have to wait untill after I pig out on Thanksgiving so it will be 7 weeks by then and the body is really telling me I need to do one now.

My allergies have returned in force and that is a sure sign. I had not eliminated them, but they had lessened.

So I am excited about doing a double dip next time around. Thanks.
