Oh man, do I know that feeling that you got in the middle of the night. It's not fun at all! Luckily, it doesn't last for long and it's worth it in the end. But still...I have had some pretty rough nights while doing a liver flush. None of them were nearly as bad as when I had a gallbladder attack though, so it's definitely worth it!

It is so cool to hear how well you feel after flushing. What improvements in your health have you noticed. What prompted you to start doing them in the first place?

Sometimes I feel a bit rundown after a flush but a few packets of Emergen-C will fix me right up.
