And I have been doing everything as right as I know how, per phone consults with yourself, reading Dr. James Wilson's book and your websites and all the links in it's entirity, plus I am currantly under the care of a physician of one of Dr. Teitelbaum's clinics ( from Fatigues to Fantastic) I just forese for myself that it's going to be at least 3 years to see recovery. It's been about a year ago now, that I had a severe adrenal crash
( stage 3 or more for sure ) It's been an up and down recocvery, but overall the past year I've seen a 20% improvement, but still needing to gain 50% more to have normalacy. I've started low and slow with suppliments. I will also share your website with the doctor from the Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Center, so she can have more info and insight for the chronic advanced adrenal stages.
