Well this is strange. I do not have time to research and give you the exact quotes. But if you search the site it tells you over and over again that quark is "similar" to cottage cheese but not the same thing. If you truly talked to the Webmaster then you would know she is from Germany and organic cottage cheese in Germany is not at all like organic cottage cheese here.

She has written to me specific instructons and told me to drain the whey off of fresh yogurt and use it. I not only cured my MS but I have also helped many others to get well. I will continue to follow the webmasters instructions and follow exactly the diet instructed by Dr. Johanna Budwig including the fact that whole herbs are required, sunshine, UDo oils, freshly pressed oils and not processed ones.
